Terms of Use

1. Service. The Kargomgelsin Etsy Integration is provided to Kargomgelsin's shipping customers to import their Etsy orders and prepare shipments and customs declarations. It is not a stand-alone product and requires an active Kargomgelsin account.
2. Your shop. You may connect only Etsy shops that you own or are authorised to manage. You can disconnect a shop at any time from Etsy's Shop Manager or by contacting us.
3. Accuracy of customs data. HS codes, product descriptions, origin and declared values are entered by you or assigned with your approval. You are responsible for their accuracy; Kargomgelsin may hold a shipment for review when information is missing or inconsistent.
4. Etsy. Use of the application is subject to the Etsy API Terms of Use. The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
5. Availability. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; Etsy API changes or outages may delay order import.
